This Cookie Policy explains how Sancho, Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on sanchohq.com and the Sancho platform login portal (together, the "Service"). It supplements our Privacy Policy. Sancho is an engineering product used by automation engineers and manufacturing operations teams. We keep our cookie use narrow and purposeful: session authentication, basic analytics, and a preference store. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
2. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow us to recognize your device across page loads, maintain your login session, store preferences, and measure how the site and platform are being used. We also use local storage for the cookie-banner dismissal state.

sanchohq.com operates under a notice-only consent model for US visitors. A cookie notice banner appears on your first visit. Strictly necessary cookies (login session, CSRF protection) are required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled while using the platform.
5. Universal Opt-Out Signals
Where applicable state law requires (including California (CPRA), Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Oregon), we honor browser-transmitted opt-out signals such as the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") for sale and targeted-advertising categories. When we detect a GPC signal, we suppress GA4 analytics initialization for that browser session. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising regardless of GPC status.
6. Third-Party Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) as our analytics provider. GA4 may set its own cookies on your device. We have configured GA4 with IP anonymization and have a data processing agreement with Google limiting their use of data collected on our behalf. We do not use any other third-party cookie services for advertising, retargeting, or social media tracking.
